Role Overview Ensure materials are available at the production line in assigned areas. Prevent production delays by making sure hardware and consumables are always on hand. Carry out real-time material movement, replenishment, and kitting. Operate and manage kanban and pull-based replenishment systems. Support high-rate production by executing tasks quickly and reliably. Keep production requirements as the top priority. Key Responsibilities Lineside Execution Maintain proper levels of hardware and consumables at the production line. Restock bins, kits, and point-of-use inventory to keep production running. Respond quickly to shortages or line holds, escalating only when needed. Move materials between locations, stockrooms, and production lines as required. Ensure the right materials are available in the correct type, quantity, and configuration at the point of use. Replenishment and Material Flow Implement and maintain kanban and pull systems for consumables and reusable hardware. Watch inventory signals and start replenishment before shortages occur. Help track and maintain material accuracy in ERP and inventory systems. Spot and communicate material flow issues to factory leadership for improvement. Production Support and Coordination Serve as the first line of defense against material-related downtime. Work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Stockroom teams to resolve shortages.
