Role Overview:
- Design and implement automated test infrastructures for RF and radar electronic systems.
- Take ownership of automation architecture encompassing hardware control, test sequencing, and data acquisition.
- Enhance the reliability, repeatability, and scalability of both lab and production test environments.
- Integrate software, hardware, and networking systems to facilitate efficient engineering validation and program execution.
- Address the automation needs for both development validation and production testing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated testing solutions for RF and radar electronic systems.
- Create and sustain Python-based automation for hardware control, test sequencing, and data collection.
- Automate workstation provisioning and configuration utilizing Ubuntu/Linux and Ansible.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automation scripts, lab systems, and networked test environments.
- Configure and debug networking aspects including static IPs, VLANs, and interface diagnostics.
- Analyze and visualize test data to support engineering validations and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to enhance the reliability, repeatability, and efficiency of testing systems.
- Document test procedures, automation workflows, and troubleshooting protocols.
