STARSHIELD ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT LEAD (GOVERNMENT)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the main liaison for government contracts, particularly those related to the Department of War, overseeing the entire lifecycle from contract signing to account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth. This includes:
- Providing outstanding customer service, including prompt issue resolution.
- Fostering relationships to understand client needs and manage anticipations.
- Gathering and advocating for customer feedback internally to shape program and technical advancements necessary for business growth.
- Enhancing the value of existing accounts.
- Take full ownership of assigned government accounts, effectively communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to achieve revenue targets.
- Act as an internal authority on government accounts, influencing strategic direction and driving significant commercial decisions in collaboration with other teams.
- Proactively identify, design, and implement process improvements to accelerate customer growth and enable rapid scaling for the team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR a high school diploma/equivalent combined with 6+ years of experience in business development, operations, engineering, or account management.
- A minimum of 3 years of consulting or project management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting customers with technical products or services.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- In-depth knowledge of government contracts, especially with the Department of War and in satellite communications.
- Advanced understanding of the telecommunications sector, including network management, technological advancements, and the ability to create complex solutions for clients.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
