About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative at Onapsis, you will collaborate with our Strategic Account Managers to generate leads for Global 2000 companies. Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business! We are looking for individuals who are quick learners, sales-driven, ambitious, and eager to make an impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of leads for the sales team by qualifying incoming inquiries, researching customer accounts, identifying decision-makers, generating interest, and nurturing customer relationships to schedule high-quality appointments that drive revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) daily and achieve individual and team goals through acquisition activities.
- Collaborate closely with the assigned Strategic Account Managers to develop market penetration strategies.
