We are seeking a strategic and seasoned Senior Director of Compensation to spearhead the design, development, and execution of compensation programs that foster performance and attract top talent, particularly within our sales and services teams. This pivotal role will ensure that our pay programs align seamlessly with business objectives, effectively attracting, rewarding, and retaining exceptional talent.
This position will report directly to the VP of HR and will collaborate closely with senior executives, regional sales, and service leaders to analyze business needs and develop impactful compensation solutions. Additionally, you will liaise with in-house legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding pay practices. The ideal candidate will possess experience supporting a public company’s compensation committee as well as expertise in designing executive compensation agreements and preparing proxy disclosures. This role demands a proactive leader with proven people-management skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a strategic mindset for solving complex problems.
