YOUR MISSION
As a Client Delivery Manager in the financial sector, you will oversee the end-to-end management (application and infrastructure) of all IT delivery for this client sector. This includes steering strategic IT programs and projects across various functional or technical domains, handling related maintenance activities, and integrating new application or technical solutions into existing environments.
You will functionally manage the team members assigned to your delivery activities.
Your responsibilities include:
Overseeing all IT activities for your client: ensuring coherence in business cases, architecture across different functional or technical domains, timelines, and quality and security requirements.
Managing the profitability of delivered activities: Profit & Loss (P&L) results, budget adherence, and all contractual obligations.
Coordinating high quality end-to-end services to the client in accordance with SLAs, managing interfaces between various internal and client stakeholders.
Developing reporting for the client or NRB Executive Committee: action plans, risks and mitigations, financial tracking, etc.
Ensuring effective collaboration between the Client Delivery Management teams and the competence centers.
Enhancing the potential of your functional teams in collaboration with your HR Business Partner.
Fostering responsibility, coaching, encouraging engagement, feedback, and communication...
Identifying risks within your scope, proposing and implementing measures to mitigate them, particularly regarding talent retention.
Defining and prioritizing tasks, identifying skills needs, and communicating them to Competence Center Managers, integrating team members from competence centers into your functional teams.
Providing regular feedback to team members to support their development.
