Customer Support & Sales Assistance- Manage customer inquiries and provide support- Maintain and organize sales data- Assist in administrative and documentation tasks- Address complaints and issues as they arise- Provide ad hoc support as needed2. Process Improvement- Support the enhancement of existing sales processes, including pricing, contracting, and onboarding- Collaborate with related departments for streamlined operations3. Reporting- Generate lead reports- Manage contracts and deals- Create project-specific reports
