At Van Hattum en Blankevoort, you will take on the role of Lead Structural Engineer at our regional office in Holten, contributing to projects such as the Vloedstegen Bridge, Reinwaterkelder Spannenburg, and RWZI Enschede. Are you ready to tackle the next challenge in water quality, safety, and mobility?As a Lead Structural Engineer, you will oversee the design, calculation, and development of structures for our regional projects. Collaborating within project teams, you and your colleagues will create innovative and cost-effective designs that adhere to project requirements and safety standards.You will serve as the primary contact for all design-related inquiries and will maintain direct communication with the preparation and execution teams.Additionally, you will be part of the civil design group, actively contributing to knowledge development and sharing among your peers across all business units. Are you ready to tackle the next challenge in water quality, safety, and mobility?In this role, you will lead your team to ensure an effective and efficient workflow within the project organization. You will oversee the integration of people, resources, time, budget, quality, and safety. Your communication will be constructive and pleasant, both within your team and with partners, clients, and management throughout the tender and realization phases, predominantly using contract forms such as construction teams and UAV-GC.You will report monthly on the project's progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the design and realization of your project are on track to meet the established objectives. Additionally, you will continuously seek improvements, promoting our SSB (Lean) philosophy (Building Smarter Together) and implementing these practices both on your project and within our organization.
