- Coordinate and schedule pest control treatment activities utilizing our internal scheduling system, collaborating with field operations to optimize resource availability and create efficient routes that maximize capacity.
- Assist the Sales team by prioritizing scheduling within routes to enhance business growth.
- Manage incoming customer communications concerning service scheduling requirements, effectively addressing issues and complaints within the scheduling system.
- Oversee service delivery status through daily task reviews and rescheduling to support service leaders in achieving operational efficiency.
- Execute daily transaction tasks within the internal scheduling system based on field reports to facilitate billing and payment collection.
- Communicate with service leaders regarding order processing, logistics follow-up, and warehouse coordination to ensure seamless route activation.
- Organize and maintain data related to correspondence and records using the internal system.
- Input and update system data as required.
- Prepare and generate service reports, aligning with the company's digital initiatives towards a paperless environment.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
