As a crucial member of the TransPerfect team, the Project Coordinator role is essential for driving the success of our language and translation projects. Project Coordinators are tasked with overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful completion while serving as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved.
This position offers a pathway for growth, allowing individuals to either focus on advancing within project management roles, such as becoming an Executive or Senior Project Manager, or to transition into leadership positions like Team Lead or Department Manager.
Oversee the complete life-cycle of language and translation projects assigned to you.
Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Understand and adhere to specific project guidelines and instructions.
Collaborate with sales teams to clarify project specifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
Coordinate with quality assurance personnel to guarantee translations meet the highest standards.
Promptly communicate any project-related issues or updates to the sales team.
