Join Us: We are in search of a talented and driven Network Technician to become a vital part of our Houston, Texas team. This role requires an on-site presence within our Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in network technologies.
- Foster strong partnerships with customers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site hardware failures for Netsync’s Network Support service agreements.
- Oversee the installation of network appliances.
- Manage relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and cross-departmental teams.
- Keep support cases updated in Customer, Netsync, and OEM systems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure 24x7 support availability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance and automate existing processes.
- Assist the Netsync NOC with various Network Support cases.
- Engage in ongoing technical education within the networking domain.
- Provide support for end-user computing repairs.
- Maintain an organized work environment.
- Participate actively in weekly team meetings.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
