In this role, you will utilize engineering drawings to install components on relay panels and manage wiring tasks in accordance with Panelmatic Inc. standards.Job Duties:Assemble switchgear panels following electrical drawings, which includes drilling, tapping, and mounting devices on back pans and doors.Install various electrical components including DIN rails, terminal blocks, relays, nameplates, space heaters, and additional devices.Cut, label, route, bundle, and terminate control and power wiring in alignment with schematics and company wiring standards.Torque lugs and hardware to specified requirements using appropriate hand and power tools (e.g., crimpers, strippers, torque tools).Conduct in-process inspections and wire checks to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.Assist in troubleshooting wiring systems and resolving miswires or installation challenges.Adhere to work instructions and production standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
