Role overview The Systems Administrator will manage and improve enterprise IT infrastructure at Mach Industries’ Huntington Beach location. This position covers daily administration of both cloud and on-premises environments, including servers, core services, and business systems. Responsibilities include maintaining secure and reliable systems, following established protocols, documenting procedures, and providing user support. The role supports stable technical operations as the organization continues to grow. Main responsibilities Maintain and oversee IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments, including servers and business systems. Act as a primary escalation point for the helpdesk, resolving advanced issues related to infrastructure, systems, and endpoints. Manage user accounts, group policies, permissions, and identity services to ensure secure access. Perform routine maintenance such as patching, backups, upgrades, monitoring, and performance tuning. Support endpoint and device management, including provisioning, configuration, software deployment, and enforcing standards. Create and update system documentation, operational procedures, inventory records, and knowledge base articles.
