This full-time position is for a year-round school program located in West Hills, Huntington, NY, where you will make a significant difference in the lives of students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
In this role, you will provide vital support in academic and behavioral settings, assisting students to achieve their individual goals and enhancing their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism.
- Deliver one-on-one and small group support to enhance academic and social skills.
