As a Supply Chain Manager at CCG Business Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire Supply Chain Management process. This includes providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the seamless operation of our supply chain functions across various business units. Your leadership will encompass managing the supply chain team, executing strategic and tactical planning, and optimizing business processes from order entry to product delivery, ensuring we meet our quality, delivery, and cost objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage supply chain strategies.Oversee supplier and material management.Facilitate Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).Manage master scheduling and production control.Ensure effective inventory management and delivery performance.Coordinate logistics and warehousing operations.Support and manage new product introductions.Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations.Administer fiscal management processes.Enhance internal communication and collaboration.Oversee policy, procedure, and process management.Drive organizational development initiatives.Track and measure performance metrics.Lead continuous improvement efforts.
