This team oversees the entire lifecycle of applied machine learning and data science—from identifying problems and conducting experiments to deploying models in production and optimizing performance. You will work with both structured and unstructured healthcare data to extract insights and fuel intelligent systems that enhance prior authorization processes and broader clinical decision-making. As a player-coach, you will blend hands-on technical contributions with leadership, establishing best practices, mentoring team members, and driving impactful solutions in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Analytics stakeholders.
