Role Overview
This role supports daily operations and process execution across technology platforms, data pipelines, HR, and administration. Reporting to the Process Lead, the Operations and Process Executive takes ownership of workflows and works closely with senior leadership. The position stands out for its direct involvement with decision-makers, going beyond traditional back-office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows as directed by the Process Lead.
- Use data insights to spot disruptions, delays, and inefficiencies in processes.
- Maintain and update process documentation to reflect system changes.
Technology Platforms Management
- Oversee daily operations of internal tools, including ERP, HRMS, and project management systems.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues, manage updates, and onboard new tools.
- Train team members on platform features to support adoption and effective use.
Database & Dataflow Management
- Keep operational databases accurate and up to date.
- Develop and manage workflows for data collection, cleaning, and reporting.
- Identify and fix data quality issues at their source.
- Help maintain dashboards and Management Information System reports for leadership.
HR & Administration
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding; maintain employee records.
- Track attendance, leave, and compliance documentation.
- Manage procurement, vendor communication, and daily administrative tasks.
- Support budget planning and monitor expenses.
Candidate Profile
- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in operations, process management, administration, or related areas.
- Skilled in Google Sheets, Excel, and at least one ERP or HRMS platform.
- System-oriented thinker who addresses root causes of issues.
- Strong written communication; able to provide clear updates independently.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to bring structure to new situations.
- Experience with Google Apps Script, Power BI, or workflow automation tools is an advantage.
