Role Overview
The Senior Accounting Manager - General Ledger Accounting will join the Hyderabad office and report to the Director of Corporate Accounting in the U. S. This role leads a team of five and serves as the India Accounting Team Lead. The position focuses on the monthly close process, financial analysis, team management, and ongoing process improvements.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the monthly close process, including cash, prepaids, fixed assets, publishers, accruals, and capitalizable software
- Manage and develop a team of five accounting professionals
- Drive process improvements and automation projects to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls
- Monitor and analyze financial metrics to support business objectives
- Act as the India Accounting Team Lead, collaborating closely with U. S. counterparts
