In this pivotal role, you will empower CyberArk’s R&D teams by providing innovative solutions using cutting-edge cloud and DevOps technologies. The position demands architectural leadership, profound technical knowledge, and hands-on development to create and sustain a resilient internal developer platform.Key Responsibilities:Drive the design, architecture, and execution of our Internal Developer Platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and delivers an exceptional developer experience.Integrate security best practices at each stage of platform development to ensure regulatory compliance and robust protection throughout the development lifecycle.Design and deploy highly available, secure, and scalable microservices systems primarily on AWS. An AWS Certified Solutions Architect credential is essential; knowledge of GCP is a plus.Lead the charge on Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform and Ansible to enhance operational efficiency.Develop and oversee CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, while integrating advanced monitoring and security solutions like Synk, Wiz, and Datadog.Encourage best practices that enhance developer productivity and cultivate a culture of innovation across engineering teams.Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.Proactively identify and troubleshoot complex technical challenges to ensure platform reliability and stability.
