Create and maintain design documentation based on Client/Tenant feedback and requirements.Establish the project budget and master schedule informed by market studies and consultant details.During the design development stage, monitor and track design progress in alignment with the overall project master schedule.Conduct design reviews to ensure regular consultations with consultants on design, schemes, and reports, facilitating value engineering initiatives.Review Bills of Quantities (BoQs), specifications, and drawings provided by the consultant to ensure compliance with lease and tenant guidelines as well as the approved Design Basis Report (DBR).Establish and oversee a support function that includes tracking, reporting, and internal communication about procurement events.Prepare and maintain the Drawing Release Schedule and Good for Construction (GFC) drawing logs.Manage the approval process for material and shop drawings, ensuring effective tracking and communication of Material Approval Requests from contractors.Set up and manage a support function for tracking, reporting, and internal communications regarding mock-up and material approvals.Participate in regular meetings convened by the client/tenant alongside the project manager to liaise with client and tenant teams on design requirements.
