Strong communication skills for seamless collaboration with data and integration teams. Minimum of 5 years of functional experience with Workday and at least 7 years in HR technology. Good understanding of the interaction between Workday HR modules and Core HR. Proficient in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, and test case creation within Workday. Excellent writing skills for generating clear and concise documentation.
