Facilitate requirements for creative design and manage Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MRL) submission processes. Develop expertise in client MRL review systems and approval workflows. Coordinate meetings with Engagement, Business Intelligence, and Application Teams, as well as key content experts when necessary. Manage client inquiries to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
