- Close sales effortlessly with warm leads generated by the company, no cold calling or door-to-door sales required.
- Provide a remarkable, five-star in-home experience for every client.
- Benefit from continuous coaching and professional development.
Training & Support:
- Join our 4-week hands-on training program, with the first two weeks fully compensated.
- Start earning commission as soon as Week 3 of training.
- Access a draw of up to $1,600.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with appointments scheduled five days a week.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Average first-year earnings exceeding $70,000, with top performers exceeding $120,000.
- 100% uncapped commission structure, in addition to the draw.
- Receive a new hire bonus after 90 days of employment.
- Earn double commission on self-generated sales.
- Monthly bonuses based on performance and referrals.
