Additionally, you will uphold strict adherence to all relevant laws, food safety quality standards, and consumer requirements for all manufactured products while managing crisis situations in ways that enhance the company’s reputation, policies, and business framework. As a people leader, you will handle recruitment and departmental structuring to ensure adequate resources for achieving plant objectives, establish and evaluate performance goals, and provide coaching and mentorship to your team members.Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment. Required education includes a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field. Proven leadership skills and a growth mindset are essential. Experience with sanitation, compliance systems, food defense systems, audits, and budgeting is required. Familiarity with GFSI standards such as FSSC, Organic, Kosher, and Rainforest Alliance implementation and compliance is also necessary.Salary range: $128,000 - $135,000, plus a 14% bonus and relocation assistance available for the Indianapolis area.
