In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily maintenance needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical prowess, effective communication skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the physical, supervisory, and administrative aspects of building and grounds maintenance.Ensure timely unit make-ready schedules and maintain vacant units for market readiness.Administer maintenance supplies, inventory, and budget management.Facilitate snow removal and respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests.Guarantee the prompt completion of all service requests and upkeep of community amenities.Utilize Ackermann technology to document and manage maintenance activities and budgets.Negotiate rates with local service providers while fostering positive relationships with vendors.Participate in the hiring process and coordinate the execution of the preventive maintenance plan.Perform specialized troubleshooting and repairs in various maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC, and painting.Lead routine meetings with team members and assume responsibility for additional tasks as assigned by the Community Manager.
