Role Overview This full-time Specimen Collector position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The regular schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Specimen Collectors are essential to laboratory operations, ensuring patients, clinicians, and staff receive attentive care and service. What You Will Do Collect urine and oral fluid (saliva) specimens from patients Process and package specimens for shipment Serve as a point of contact between clinics and the laboratory Accurately document patient details, physician orders, and laboratory information Resolve specimen issues related to billing or patient information in the ordering portal Monitor and maintain inventory of collection supplies on site Observe specimen collections for Millennium Health when required Travel to multiple facilities as needed
