Join our team as a Senior Manufacturing Technician, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing operations. This position involves providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for our sophisticated automated production equipment. You will collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Department, assisting with project activities including protocols, engineering studies, equipment design, fabrication, and prototyping.Your expertise will be essential in addressing mechanical and electrical challenges while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. You will identify plant needs regarding preventive and predictive maintenance, technical training, spare parts inventory, and process improvements. As part of cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to the design, development, and manufacturing of medical products, and assist in the implementation of new products, processes, and equipment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct advanced maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.Provide technical guidance to Manufacturing and Equipment Maintenance teams in planning and executing preventive maintenance activities.Assess and develop maintenance needs and SOPs for equipment performance over time.Update technical drawings and specifications within the PDM system.Support the development of manufacturing processes and design of prototypes and assembly stations.Create and facilitate technical training programs for Manufacturing and Maintenance Technicians.Lead technical investigations into quality issues, implementing immediate corrections and long-term solutions.Ensure production equipment meets quality standards and specifications, directly impacting financial performance and production output.
