We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in C#/Dotnet, with at least 2 years of direct experience in Sitecore. You will play a critical role in collaborating with our clients’ business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into architectural solutions and low-level designs. The successful candidate will have completed at least two enterprise-level Sitecore implementations in an Architect or Lead role. You will be responsible for integrating external systems with our content management system (CMS), as well as documenting the overall physical, logical, and technical architecture, detailing its components, features, and functionalities for development purposes.Architecting large-scale Sitecore solutions will be key, including the logical and physical design of components such as databases, server architectures, and communication frameworks necessary for successful Sitecore implementations. A deep understanding of Sitecore architecture, design principles, common API classes, and security models is essential. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of enterprise search, analytics, and personalization, along with experience designing for multichannel distribution and social channels. Proficiency in .Net framework, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and familiarity with best practices is required.Strong relational database skills, including database design and normalization, preferably in MSSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, are also necessary. Experience with Sitecore upgrades to newer versions is a plus. You should be adept in architectural design patterns and be able to evaluate current architecture states, providing recommendations to enhance maintainability, performance, scalability, and reliability. Furthermore, the ability to conduct fitment analysis of CMS tools based on high-level business requirements is vital. Candidates must have experience working on-site with clients in various geographical locations and be willing to travel. Familiarity with Agile, iterative, and waterfall development methodologies is desirable.
