Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team at HelloFresh in Irving, TX. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting our daily production needs by receiving and processing incoming products. You will ensure that delivery trucks meet HelloFresh standards and efficiently handle Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Purchase Orders (POs). Your responsibilities will include selecting products from inventory, delivering them to specific production areas, and updating our computer systems accordingly. Additionally, you will prepare finished products for transport by external carriers. Available Shifts: Thursday to Sunday - 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Friday to Monday - 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Your Responsibilities: Safely operate lift trucks or hand trucks to move materials to designated areas. Process incoming goods to support production and storage of products for our customers. Inspect received goods for accuracy and quality, adhering to company protocols. Report any defective materials or concerns to your supervisor. Support shipping and warehouse operations as required. Communicate any food safety and quality issues to appropriate personnel. Adhere to all safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies. Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) protocols are followed for inventory management. Maintain proper stocking levels of production materials daily. Prepare pallets for shipment using shrink wrap techniques. Ensure a continual supply of shipping materials is available. Your Profile: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using hands for handling tools and materials. Capable of regularly lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
