Join UWorld's Nursing Education division as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities for our instructional and assessment programs designed to enhance student success.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Outreach
- Targeted Outbound Prospecting: Research and identify high-potential campuses to maximize outreach efforts.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Implement tailored outreach campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn to arrange introductory meetings with the Account Executive team.
- Value Proposition Articulation: Effectively communicate the significant impact of UWorld’s solutions on enhancing student performance.
2. Lead Qualification and Nurturing
- Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth qualifying calls to assess prospects' challenges, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing to leverage case studies, white papers, and webinars to nurture leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
3. CRM Management and Reporting
- Data Integrity: Diligently record all sales activities, prospect interactions, and lead status updates in Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly targets for calls, emails, qualified leads (SQLs), and meetings set.
