What’s the Overview?
The Digital Product Manager plays a critical role in driving the development and enhancement of both vendor-supplied and proprietary digital tools to enrich the SanMar customer experience. This includes the continuous improvement of our digital strategies and industry-specific tools, incorporating customer-facing platforms such as websites, mobile applications, and e-commerce solutions, along with new digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, customer-centric product manager who excels at enhancing user experiences.
What Will Your Responsibilities Include?
- Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of user-friendly products, interfaces, and vendor integrations.
- Identify, scope, and execute innovative digital tools to empower customers in creating and marketing customized, decorated products while minimizing friction in digital interactions.
- Champion customer needs and experiences with SanMar’s digital product tools, focusing on usability and decision-making processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive project timeline for deadlines and content launches.
- Collaborate with our UX team to apply human-centered design methodologies that solve real customer challenges.
- Drive digital strategies for brand and product visibility across all digital channels, including sanmar.com and various brand-specific websites.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal and external resources to leverage best-in-class capabilities and technologies.
- Utilize data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance tool adoption.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards.
What Qualifications Are We Seeking?
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Product Management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
- Background in the apparel industry and/or B2B experience is a plus.
