KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThoroughly review warranty documentation to validate dealer warranty claims.Assist the dealer network in processing warranty claims selected for review through detailed examination of submitted claims.Assess warranty repair eligibility based on technical analysis, compliance with warranty policies, and accurate claiming of parts and labor based on program guidelines.Monitor the status of claims from submission to resolution.Provide constructive feedback to dealers on warranty claim concerns while delivering outstanding customer service.Escalate unresolved issues to the manager for further action.Oversee claim payment systems for potential issues and collaborate with the Client's claims systems team for resolution.Conduct manual reviews and validations of claims or pre-authorization requests from the dealer network.Validate repair requests made by the dealer network.Work on-site at customer offices near Jacksonville, FL airport.WORK ENVIRONMENTOffice setting with moderate noise levels.Monday to Friday; standard office hours.
