This role is part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), designed to empower Veterans with the skills needed in the automotive service industry.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, maintain, and repair various Kia vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical components.Accurately complete repair orders and warranty requests in line with Kia and retailer guidelines.Conduct test drives and utilize Kia diagnostic strategies and specialized tools to analyze and resolve vehicle issues.Deliver timely services and communicate effectively with service advisors to enhance the customer experience.This position offers full-time employment with independently owned Kia Retailers.
