The Associate Director handles governance, training and enablement, communications, and leads the Champions Program for assigned accounts. Collaboration with Client Solutions and Technical Product Management starts at the discovery phase and continues through go-live and ongoing support. Main responsibilities Establish governance and standardization for assigned accounts, including best practices and RACI models. Lead the Champions Program at the account level by organizing forums to validate requirements, test solutions, and promote continuous improvement. Manage the Value Scorecard by defining baselines, setting targets, and reporting on value realization.
