Assist in preparing monthly closing schedules that compare standard costs against actual production costs. Support the analysis of manufacturing costs and identify fundamental cost variances. Aid in period-end accounting close activities to ensure timely completion. Prepare journal entries under supervision and assist with monthly reporting tasks. Contribute to balance sheet account reconciliations (e.g., inventory, accruals) using OneStream. Assist in planning and coordinating physical inventory counts with warehouse staff and auditors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for cost analysis and reporting. Support the preparation of documentation for audits conducted by internal and external auditors. Help maintain documentation supporting internal controls and compliance requirements. Participate in process improvement initiatives within the accounting team. Provide data and additional supporting information requests for audits and reviews by internal and external auditors. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of directly related experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
