Perform comprehensive site visits followed by detailed proposals and reports concerning installation sites and interconnection facilities. Demonstrate robust expertise in both DC and AC electrical systems, as well as IT networking, with hands-on experience in design, installation, troubleshooting, and re-engineering. Compile a Bill of Materials (BOM) for DC, LV, and MV electrical systems and oversee material procurement to maintain a timely and sufficient inventory level throughout project execution. Deliver general and technical support during the entire tendering process. Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, authorities, management, and various departments from the tender phase until complete project handover. Coordinate and manage subcontractors concerning their specific scopes of work, schedules, and the quality of workmanship during installations. Document, implement, and manage design change requests through formal submissions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consulting firms and regulatory authorities, on licensing, permitting, and necessary documentation. Engage with grid operators and authorities on the interconnection of MV/HV electrical systems to the power grid. Participate in the testing and commissioning of both DC and AC electrical systems, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during this phase. Review project deliverables at each phase to ensure alignment with timelines and budget constraints. Implement industry best practices and safe working procedures in compliance with regulations throughout the on-site project duration. Assist in organizing post-project evaluations to assess results, challenges encountered, and provide recommendations for future improvements. Proficient in technical writing, reporting, presentations, and method statement documentation.
