- Resolve any issues or defects that may arise in the kitchen.
- Take full responsibility for recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen staff.
- Guide and support subordinate staff members in their roles.
- Assess staff workloads and compensation structures.
- Keep accurate records of payroll and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with nutrition standards, sanitation regulations, and safety protocols.
- Promote a collaborative and respectful work environment among team members.
