GAC is hiring a Logistics Operations Clerk based in Kowloon, Hong Kong. This position supports daily air and ocean freight operations, working closely with agents, customers, and partners to keep shipments moving smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for agents and customers across multiple communication channels.
- Coordinate the full cycle of air and ocean freight export and import processes, including communication with subcontractors, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, terminals, and carriers.
- Work with commercial and operational teams to clarify and confirm service requirements.
- Check and analyze freight rates and commitments together with local and overseas partners.
- Prepare and send freight invoices to agents and clients on schedule.
- Track shipment statuses and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and keep document filing systems organized.
