About the Position
Your Responsibilities
Consult & Partner: Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify customers' business challenges and skill gaps through interviews and product usage analytics.
Design Custom Journeys: Craft tailored learning success plans for each customer, recommending an optimal mix of courses, workshops, and documentation to achieve their objectives.
Master the Delivery: Oversee the complete execution of live learning events. You won’t merely follow a presentation; you will lead impactful sessions, adapting the discussion to address real-time questions and learner needs.
