Position Overview
We are in search of a dynamic and Bilingual (Mandarin/English) Billing & Collections Lead who possesses exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for an optimal client billing experience and timely collection of accounts receivable. In this pivotal role, you will address billing disputes, promote preferred payment methods, and continuously seek ways to enhance the billing experience for both Tarro and our clients. Your blend of operational excellence and client-focused mindset will be instrumental in fostering Tarro’s financial stability and customer satisfaction.
