What Will You Be Doing?
In your role as a Business Analyst at AvePoint, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to assess business requirements and convert them into actionable specifications. Your insights will shape the implementation of inventive solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Gathering and documenting requirements for software development projects.
- Analyzing and evaluating collected requirements to produce deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, GUI designs, and interface specifications.
- Translating complex technical information into clear business language for stakeholders at all levels.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to assess information requirements and functional needs.
- Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to define the technical vision while ensuring a balance between usability and performance.
- Assisting project managers in planning deliverables, scope, timelines, and other project lifecycle elements.

To Excel in This Position, You Will Need:
- A background in relevant fields such as Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience in analyzing complex business processes and software development requirements.
- Strong capabilities in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in creating As-Is and To-Be documentation.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
