Role overview This position leads the full new-business sales cycle for the Malaysian market. Responsibilities include prospecting, outreach, pitching, closing, and onboarding employers onto the FastJobs platform. The role focuses on building relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and operational heads in sectors such as F&B, retail, logistics, hospitality, and facilities management. As one of the first business development hires dedicated to Malaysia, this person will have significant ownership, visible impact, and direct communication with the Chief Revenue Officer. What you will do Build and manage a pipeline of prospective employer accounts across key non-executive hiring sectors. Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits, as well as convert inbound leads. Lead discovery calls and deliver in-person or virtual demonstrations to understand employer needs and present FastJobs solutions. Negotiate and close commercial agreements, including job posting packages and featured listings. Onboard new employers and coordinate their transition to account management or customer success teams.
