Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development managers.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent to foster a successful team environment, providing continuous coaching and mentorship.
- Establish strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and finalize deals, while maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market dynamics.
- Enhance and expand the existing sales network.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, proactively managing customer relationships.
- Identify new opportunities driven by the latest industry trends to boost company revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational and risk management issues.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Accountable for revenue targets, sales strategy development, and the career advancement of others, coordinating with other managers on long-term sales planning.
