- Identify and leverage growth opportunities, partnerships, and process enhancements to improve the company's competitive edge and profitability.
- Advocate for the development and utilization of KPI frameworks and performance dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to company governance, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and service delivery.
- Collaborate with Portfolio/Business Leaders to pinpoint areas for enhancement in business operations and recommend actionable plans.
- Encourage a robust culture of performance, learning, innovation, and accountability.
- Oversee financial performance by monitoring key metrics and ensuring accountability across teams.
- Foster and maintain relationships with investors, regulators, business partners, and key external stakeholders.
- Provide robust leadership to the Management Team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
- Represent the organization in strategic discussions, negotiations, and public engagements.
