This freelance role centers on supporting individuals as they consider career changes or reflect on their professional direction. Main Responsibilities Lead thorough skills assessment sessions with participants Administer a range of assessment tests Write and deliver clear summary reports for each participant From the first meeting through to building professional projects, creating action plans, and following up after assessments, the consultant serves as the main point of contact for each person throughout their journey.
