Facilitate and connect daily learning experiences, ensuring progression in the youths' educational journey. Collaborate with young individuals and their families to co-create their Personal Support Project (PSP), offering a diverse range of educational and paramedical support that meets their needs and aspirations. Implement innovative communication strategies such as ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and TEACCH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and Related Communication Handicapped Children).
