To succeed in this role, you need to possess excellent communication skills, emotional resilience, and a strong comfort level with technology, all while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer EngagementDeliver friendly, professional, and solution-driven support to AT&T customers within national retail settings.Assist with inquiries regarding billing, account updates, plan modifications, device issues, and service-related concerns.Troubleshoot wireless devices, network challenges, and feature functionalities.Maintain focus, professionalism, and service quality during peak traffic and escalated situations in high-volume retail environments.Support for Retail PartnersAct as the AT&T subject-matter expert for retail employees and third-party labor partners.Serve as the primary AT&T representative, providing leadership in-store support for retail escalations.Engage proactively with store leadership to resolve customer concerns, ensuring alignment and a top-tier customer experience.Work Environment & Schedule ExpectationsThis role is conducted in a retail setting and requires standing, walking, and interacting on the sales floor for up to 8 hours daily.Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the business.Comfortable working in busy, customer-focused environments with frequent demands for interaction and problem solving.Operational StandardsEfficiently navigate multiple systems while engaging customers in real-time.Thoroughly document all customer interactions.Adhere to company policies, compliance protocols, and privacy regulations.Consistently meet or surpass performance metrics, including service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.Implement and maintain approved planograms for mobile devices and signage.
