Your attention to detail and commitment to patient care will be key in ensuring a smooth process for our clients.

Join our dynamic team as a Phlebotomist at mindlance2 in Lexington! We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Technician (PST) with at least two years of experience in phlebotomy. This role may include floating to various locations as needed.Key Responsibilities:- Proficient blood collection through venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.- Conduct urine drug screen collections, paternity tests, and breath/saliva alcohol testing.- Utilize LCM/Cyber Tools and TestCup for various testing procedures.- Manage pediatric blood collections and tackle difficult draws in specialized facilities such as long-term care, rehabilitation centers, and psychiatric facilities.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and effectively communicate these to colleagues.- Provide orientation and training for new patient service technicians.Duration: 3 months with potential for long-term placement.Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
