This position leads the manufacturing team during second shift, focusing on production goals and quality standards. What You Will Do Oversee daily production processes on the second shift Monitor output to ensure efficiency and product quality Guide and mentor team members, supporting their development Promote a strong safety culture and encourage continuous improvement Work Environment This role is based onsite in a manufacturing setting.
