As a Key Account Manager (H/F) at Getlink, you will oversee the operational and financial management, as well as the contractual follow-up of one or more railway transport contracts. You will engage in post-sales commercial relationships to facilitate contract renewals and coordinate all necessary internal and external stakeholders throughout this process.
Main Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Participate in tenders and/or renewals initiated by clients, ensuring consistent follow-up with the associated Commercial Development Manager.
Manage and ensure post-sales service for the contracts obtained.
Oversee the production of the sold railway service in collaboration with the company's internal Services: Production, Methods, Equipment, Railway Safety, Regions, Clients, and Tier 1 Subcontractors (third-party EF, wagon suppliers, etc.).
Lead dedicated start-up teams (communication, scheduling of initial and supplementary training, defining missions and monitoring their execution, retroplanning) and implement all associated logistics while ensuring to inform and gather feedback from the various services involved.
Act as the company’s representative with Clients, particularly regarding daily production monitoring and managing unforeseen events, by facilitating and/or participating in conference calls and meetings.
Coordinate regional teams to carry out and enhance/optimize production.
Establish the monthly and weekly rotation program and ensure it is correctly implemented by the Regions for production program realization.
Represent the Company during meetings with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and various regulatory bodies regarding railway activities for these traffics.
Monitor wagons using dedicated IT tools to ascertain the general status of the fleet related to the contract flows, coordinating with the Client, the Holder, the Regions, and the Technical Management for potential maintenance actions, and ensuring the entry of operational data for the contracts under your responsibility (composite letters, km tracking, VT, on-site repair, workshop transportation).
Ensure the proper alignment of tracks with expected production and their quality (regimen gaps, recovery, etc.). Manage track studies with SNCF Réseau.
